Paul is a member of an international jury assembled each Spring to consider hundreds of samples submitted from growers around the world.

Organized by the Olive Oil Times, the NYIOOC event is considered one of the most important in the world.  The objective is to identify and celebrate the best olive oils in the world, which are featured on the website "Yearly Index of the World's Best Olive Oils". 

Paul also serves on competition juries for ArgOliva Argentina, the LA County Fair, and the Napa County Fair.
